What types of photography do you do?

What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

You can cancel bookings at least 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled date, as cancellations made closer to the event cannot be accommodated to ensure proper preparation. Additionally, rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 168 hours (7 days) in advance, with requests made less than 7 days before the event not being accepted.

Are my payments refundable?

Refunds can be requested within 48 hours of cancellation. A full refund is granted in cases such as natural disasters preventing the event, health emergencies with valid proof (e.g., medical records), or incorrect payments like overpayments or system errors. However, any 50% deposit payments are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed within 48 business hours.

Do you have props?

Yes, we provide limited props to enhance your event. If you have specific props you'd like to bring, you're welcome to use them during the shoot. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure everything fits with your vision.
